Birdie

Hello, my name is Birdie and I'm another unwanted Irish greyhound. Sadly, I came into Bristol DAWG in not very good condition - quite thin and bald and what fur I did have in poor nick. My luck's changed now though! I'm being fostered by Penny and she looks after me really well, so I'm getting better all the time and she says I'm a real cutie. I'm not really sure what that means, but if Penny says it I'm sure it must be good.

I'm clean in my kennel, affectionate and I walk well on my lead and Penny and the trustees say I will make a wonderful companion for someone. If you think that someone could be you, why not get in touch to arrange a meeting, I'd love to see you.

Sadly I cannot live with cats.

As we have limited history on most of our dogs, we usually only rehome with children eight years and over.

Dogs are only ever released to homes which have direct access to securely fenced gardens.
