My name is Roger and, according to the trustees, I am a very handsome boy – whatever that means I have no idea, but they seem to get excited about it!! They are calling me a brindle beauty.
I am an Irish boy who was saved by the lovely Eila Moloney when she visited the local pound in Limerick – there are so many of us in the pounds in Ireland as no-one wants us as pets, but the trustees tell me that’s all in the past and that they are going to find me a wonderful forever home of my own.
I am so grateful to Eila for visiting the pound that day – I really don’t like to think what could have happened to me, it must be so hard for her to decide which ones of us to take, as some have to stay behind!!!
At the moment I am a little shy, but I am growing in confidence every day and I walk well on my lead.
I was born in January 2015, probably time trialled but just not fast enough, so I quickly became “surplus to requirements”.
I am currently in foster with Andy and Jess and, although I love it there, I'm really looking forward to having my own forever home.
I am fully vaccinated, neutered, microchipped and up to date with my flea and worm treatment – so good to go when you are.
Please come and meet me, you definitely won’t be disappointed, I promise.
