Our supporter, Tony Hancy, was due to run a marathon a couple of years ago in aid of DAWG. Sadly this could not take place because of illness. Thankfully Tony is recovering but the trustees felt that we should do something to show our support and to try and raise more donations for our dogs, so we all committed to having a tattoo in exchange for sponsorship of £1000.
This total has long since been passed but unfortunately, covid got in the way, until yesterday. The deed has now been done by a wonderful artist called Jack Stephens, of the Orange Dog Co, who you can contact on 07526 647645 or [email protected]
Thank you Jack for donating your services free of charge to help us raise funds.

Well football didn’t come home.
So the sweepstake winner is Cora Leslie with Italy!
There’s a selection of doggy goodies for you too!
Thank you all for entering and playing in our sweepstake - we raised £240 all of which went to the dogs.

Our latest arrivals put in an appearance at silly o'clock this morning, two black girls; Kirsty who is four and Bluebell who is a yearling.

You will be able to access further details HERE when they have been assessed and photographed.

We are now in a position to offer boarding to dogs that have been previous residents of Bristol DAWG. Spaces will be limited, as we only want to keep this on a small scale, but we are constantly asked for recommendations when people are looking to go on holiday or that odd weekend away.
To leave your dog with us we would need to see proof that your dog is fully vaccinated and has had the kennel cough vaccine – sadly we are not able to accept any dogs without up to date vaccinations.
