Bristol DAWG

Greyhound and Lurcher Rescue

Hello everybody - Roger here! I recently came across from Ireland in a big boat with Robyn and Rhonda. Rhonda's gone into a foster home now but Robyn and I are safe and happy at the kennels while we wait for our forever homes. The volunteers have told us such lovely things about adopting our own humans that we can hardly wait. For such a big lad, I am easy to handle and walk quite well on my lead. I also like to play, I have heard the volunteers describe me as a great big bundle of mischief and Hilly says I am just a giant puppy, but actually I was born on 31 May 2016. I could do with putting a few pounds on and when I do I will be a real head turner, if you will excuse my lack of modesty. If you would like to share your home with a handsome love sponge like me, why not contact DAWG to make an appointment to meet me. I'm looking forward to it.
Love and licks,
Roger x

As we have limited history on most of our dogs, we usually only rehome with children eight years and over.

Dogs are only ever released to homes which have direct access to securely fenced gardens.
